Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a tutoring session last?
You can freely choose the duration of the tutoring session. However, we recommend 90 minutes, as this leaves enough time to work into the topic, clarify open questions, practice specifically, deepen what has been learned and review together at the end.
How often should tutoring take place?
This depends on the student's needs:
- For regular repetition, 1×90 minutes per week and subject is usually sufficient.
- Before school assignments, one to two additional hours are recommended.
- If a final exam or Abitur is coming up, the intensity should be significantly increased – here we recommend 3 or more units per week or our Abi crash course program, which we are happy to plan together with you.
Which subjects are offered?
Under Offer -> Subjects, you can see all the subjects we offer. If a desired subject is not included, please feel free to contact us – in many cases we can also enable additional subjects on request.
Is funding through the Education and Participation Package possible?
Yes – if you are entitled to the Education and Participation Package (BuT), tutoring with us can be funded through this program. We already have experience with BuT-funded students and are happy to support you with the application and organizational processing.
Where does the tutoring take place?
Tutoring takes place either at your home (in the Munich area) or online in individual lessons.
Our online lessons are available nationwide – flexible, personal and just as effective as on-site.
